What is the return policy?

• Due to COVID  there will be no returns at this time 

When will I receive my order?

• 5 to 10 business days Standard Shipping unless otherwise noted  

What do I do if I never received my order?

• Send a email to opulentperspective3@gmail.com or call (510) 956-6848 and we will either refund or rush the product.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Our inspection is very strict.

Every piece of clothing is checked for quality before before being shipped.

In the chance that you do receive a defective order, please reach out to our Support with:

•  First and Last name & ORDER # included in the Subject Line / voicemail

• A short description of the products ordered

• Photo evidence of the defection and we will investigate the issue further. 

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please reach out to us immediately via email or phone with:

• First and Last name & ORDER # included in the Subject Line / Voicemail

• and a representative will be in touch within 24-48hrs
